  • only the 3rd 1st overall pick player in Bears history. Last was in 1947.
  • @rashad2288
They still acting like Kirk is not coming off a Achilles injury 😂
  • Die hard falcons fan, my heart ain't broke lol, its the most important position in football. Stfu. You want us to depend on Taylor Heinike if something goes wrong? Yeah right.
  • Steve Young backed up Joe Montana for 4 seasons. The 49ers were really dumb...said no one. But the Falcons do something similar and the world comes down on them. Its not the two QBs that's the issue, its that the Falcons did it, that's the issue.
  • Penix throwing 100 mph accurate rockets. Gonna be the best qb of the 2024 class
  • The Bears should have kept this same energy with Fields. They've given this dude all the talent you can ask for.

mina and dan still can’t comprehend how the falcons will handle our quarterback situation is insane. we already said kirk is the starter and mpj is our backup and future. honestly tired of them talkin bout us idek who this other guy is talking bout our heart breaks but we been watching bad quarterback play for the past two seasons so we jus took care of that for the 10 plus years so im not worried we gon be fine when penix starts in two years
  • Just remember that these same experts sold you on Zach Wilson and Mac Jones
  • Matt Eberflus' hair game is on a different level compared to previous years
  • @GlizzyTL
“Who da fuq is dat guy” @bears coach 🤣🤣
  • @cdef72
Mina is awesome. Great Bears analysis.
  • I love what the Falcons did, because it's bold enough that it could work and then change the whole way the NFL media thinks about the QB position. Competition breeds success, most of our QB greats were born out of QB competition and controversy -- Brady, Rodgers, Mahomes, Brees, Steve Young, and more.
  • People who say it was dumb to draft Penix are not thinking clearly. The Falcons will win the division with Cousins, because that division is not very good. If you add the best non-QB athlete on offense or defense, they also win the division but do not win the superbowl. Does anyone seriously think the Falcons would be a superbowl contender? What division leader are they better than, even with another good player? The first defender came off in the middle of the round so it does not look like he was worthy of pick 8. They addressed their defensive needs with later picks. After one year, Cousins is still eligible for the $50 million but it does not go against the cap. So after one year, they can go with Penix with only a cash penalty that it appears the owner is OK with. And if they are tearing it up and going far into the playoffs, they could play Cousins for two or three years. Meanwhile, Penix is learning like Brett Farve's understudies Aaron Rogers and then Jordan Love and Steve Young under Joe Montana and every other excellent QB who had to wait. Does Penix know the playbook like the back of his hand? Has he learned all the ins and outs of NFL defenses? Without a doubt, there would be no harm in sitting him if Cousins is tearing it up. And if Cousins is immobile or still hurt or gets re-injured the Falcons are still a playoff team. All I can say is that time will tell, but I have never seen any situation where a great quarterback sitting in the wings actually hurt the team in the long run. Clearly, it lit a fire under Aaron Rogers and he had some of his best seasons ever despite his age. Cousins is in his late thirties and he is not going to play for ten more years. The analysis by the Falcon's management is spot on. Cousins and Penix are both great character guys. I don't think they will giving each other the stink eye and throwing tantrums.
  • It's hilarious that everyone projects their feelings onto Falcons players every day. RISE UP
