Often never discussed and not touched on here, is how brain fog brings on a loss of confidence. Would be a useful topic/conversation. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I’m a dietitian and I’m totally crushing on listening to this neuroscientist speak my language! Just a week ago I was talking about black rice!
  • Great interview however the interviewer would serve better if she doesn't go on self tangents and instead allow the guest (and science) to actually speak and not lose her train of thought. That was the frustrating part as a first timer on this channel. But overall great and much needed flow of information from the neuroscientist for all of us health nuts and practitioners out there!

This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.
  • Everyone needs to hear this. If we can heal our brains with food choices… what a powerful tool to understand! Thank you for bring this conversation to us. Bravo!

I have watched a few podcasts with Dr. Lisa Mosconi ie Diary of a CEO/Rich Roll but neither brought the best out of her research on Brain health 30yr - 60yrs for women. Marie Forleo brings out the positives rather than adding to the scaremongering frenzy that's going on out there. We certainly do have a choice in a positive lifestyle which affects how we age. 'you get a new brain' Cant wait for the manopause research to catch up !

1:03:13 YES! This hands down is one the best things I’ve loved about menopause. Emotional Mastery, aka Giving Fewer F*cks. At 52, I’ve been trying to share how getting older doesn’t have to be so scary and this truly is one of the upsides to aging. 😊

I was dealing with a lot of brain fog, and then went lower carb, and it totally went away…

Fantastic interview, topic and guest! Thank you Marie!

Great video, thank you for producing such a high-quality and informative video. After watching, I have decided to start preparing for menopause by eating more foods that help alleviate symptoms: caviar, fish roe, eggs, fish, almonds, hazelnuts, chia seeds, peas, edamame, walnuts, soybeans, spelt, vitamin C, vitamin E, berries, coffee, amla, and kale. I will avoid processed foods and engage in more exercise: weight training, resistance training, aerobic exercises, yoga, Pilates, and tai chi, while maintaining an open and optimistic mindset.
  • I absolutely love this episode and the doctor. This has been very eye opening. Thank you Marie!
  • Great episode! I loved the switch in mindset that she propose around menopause. I fully agree. Thanks a lot!
