It took your body 9 months to create that little miracle of life, give your body some slack and I promise it will bounce back. Even after the second one but you may always have a little handful of a pooch but it s only there to remind you what a beautiful creation you made. Please don’t sweat it. Be healthy

please just know your belly still having a small bump is totally normal & it takes your body up to a year to heal from a c section. just make sure you’re staying hydrated and that’s all that matters. it took 9 months to grow Coast so all your muscles + organs + everything have to have time to get back to normal. you’re doing amazing mama & you look phenomenal!! 💙
