(This made 8 regular sized donuts)
DONUT
1 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup melted coconut oil, plus extra for greasing
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
FROSTING
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
Blend together in a blender
Combine together in one bowl. Scoop into donut pans, then bake at 350 F for 15 mins or until the edges are golden brown. Let the donuts cool before frosting. ENJOY! πΎ
