On Carter III, A Milli was originally a really long track featuring Cory Gunz, Lil Mama, Tyga, Hurricane Chris, and Chamillionaire. It was going to be cut up into pieces like he did on Carter IV with the Welcome to Carter IV featuring Tech N9ne, Busta Rhymes, Andre 3000, Shyne, and Nas. That's why he's absent on two of them.
