ingredients:-
3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup ghee/oil
salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
6-7 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp salt
.700 ml oil for frying
