Reminds me of when me and my stepdad would play cuphead- he had a really good time while I was actually good at the game, I got used to bringing him back to life all the time haha He passed away a few weeks ago so I guess cuphead will be a new source of nostalgia for me

Neat little trick me and my cousin found when playing Cuphead: If the second player dies, you can disconnect player 2 and they rejoin so you never have to parry them again
