He doesn’t face charges for deliberately charging a woman he knew was not guilty? Oh, that’s right he’s a cop and cops get to cheat then lie about it

I love it how all law enforcement get suspended and put on the bench to do nothing and continued to draw their paychecks no matter how egregious their behavior. Can we get that for All American workers ?

I don't want to pay that man's salary. Or any of the other goons. Keep him on, and that shows that he's no different than the rest of the MSP -- except he got caught. And if Karen Read had been found guilty, he may never have been 'reassigned' at all.

He should be fired, lose his pension, and charged with willfully corrupting an investigation. This is NOT cleaning up the problem. This exact type of behavior of reassigning a corrupt officer like this perpetuates the problem. The head of MSP just condemned his behavior the other day and told the public the key areas that MSP are working on to build accountability, integrity, and trust of the public into their police force. This DOES NOT accomplish that. What a joke.

Any other employee would be FIRED by their employer to refer to customers in such a horrible way to other employees via text. And he is a public servant. Ha spell check tried to substitute punk for public!

The common citizen would of been sent to prison. Why is he being given this special consideration ? Fire him and send him to jail.

They do not ever fire anybody just reassign. I guess at least if he's reassign we know exactly where he's at!!!
