This will forever be one of my favorite songs. Went through heavy depression, then cheated on in a 5 year relationship in the worst way, smoking everyday till the point I couldn’t get high, and many more unfortunate things. Always listening even in my highs and lows. This song just was always there, idk how to describe it there’s no other song that hits like it. I was lucky enough to see him live in ATL and it was one of the best concerts. I’ve attended many popular artists like Chris brown, future, and lil Wayne(who is my fav) but nun had the experience like 6lack. He made it feel like he was really connecting with every person that attended. He was the best experience, it felt surreal in the moment and still after several years. He played this as his last song and it was the best thing to hear live. I don’t expect many to see this but if you do, make sure you see him live before he stops. I didn’t know many songs by him when I saw him as I went with someone who was a big fan. But he became a favorite that day. You won’t ever experience an artist/concert like him.

When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - Heart Of A City Boy” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you 💕🎉
