The only rules for this playthrough were no committing any crimes that affected stats. I used the "stars attained" stat to count how many wanted stars I got. Be sure to subscribe if you enjoy challenge videos like this as I plan on finishing this for GTA III and doing it for GTA VI when that comes out. You can do better at The Shakedown. Shoot the last window while you're close to an exit of the mall, then quickly exit. The cutscene don't occur and wanted levels are still there.

vice city was the first grand theft auto i owned, and i played it OBSESSIVELY through my childhood, but i forgot most of the missions xD all i remember is the lance plot twist, the diablo diaz betrayal, and the final mission lol

For the tech issues in the beginning, go into task manager, go to details, right click on the VC executable, set affinity, and make sure only CPU 0 is selected. This works for all three games in the trilogy.

Amazing video as always. Also for anyone having same issues with mouse at 0:44 I remember that there was a fix for San Andreas in which you open task manager>details>right click on GTA>set affinity>and then you check only 1 box preferably CPU0. Maybe it would work in GTA VC also since they're on the same engine

Akshually, Tommy isn't a Florida man, because he is from Liberty City, he was just brought to Vice City for a drug deal and got stuck in there after it failed
