I love how Bradley's face doesn't indicate that he's angry at him or feels disrespected for talking to him that way. He's just 100%, absolutely confused.

I love how this weirdly humanizes Bradley so much, it's one of the few times he really emotes and it just goes to show that as awesome as he is, even he occasionally goes "...uh what the fuck??""

This is such a cool scene. Because it highlights wrath's insecurities as just earlier he was talking to mustang about his creation and that he wasnt sure if his personality was the same one after the stone or a different. Ling is not only overpowering a homunculus for a brief period to spit at wrath's talking down to, but also proving that he is strong enough to remain himself while wrath couldnt.

Wrath can see many things with his Ultimate Eye, but can he see why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch so much?

Wrath here has adopted a son who is 340 years his senior, had a philosopher’s stone shoved into him involuntarily, killed chimeras hiding in living suits of armor, been stabbed in the eye by a Homunculus, seen an Ishvalan extremist accept both halves of alchemy, been shot in the shoulder and left to drown, and survived a train bombing and THIS is what surprises him the most. It tells you so much about him. He’s used to fighting with his four swords, and underestimated humans so much he didn’t expect Ling to call him out on it. Perfection.

it makes me mad when people say this dub is shit when they didnt even watch it, its literally one of the best dubs out there. did those guys hear tje way ling said that to bradley? it was so good

The fact that King Bradley can be so terrifying yet so quirky and weird if he wants to is honestly peak character design. His face gets me every time.
