I think it's hilarious how Undyne, the sworn protector and hero of the underground, ended up killing more people than Frisk.

Reading through all these comments, I didn't see this pointed out so I'll do it. This would all probably be accurate if Frisk had died and crushed Flowey. It's been a LONG time since any monsters have actually seen humans. And probably the only ones who have actually seen a dead one are the Dreemurs. Flowey gets crushed at the very start, averting his genocide plots. He obviously can't recognize a dead human anymore. Toriel is used to finding humans inexplicably alive on that flower bed, taking them to her house, and then them leaving her alone in the ruins again. Even if she did know what a dead human looks like from Chara, that was a LONG time ago and she may have forgotten. Asgore immediately notices the human is already dead, having killed 6 others and put their corpses in coffins. So he has no qualms about just taking the remaining soul and using it with the others to open the gate. As for nobody else knowing Frisk is dead: what happens to monsters when they died? They dissolve into white powder. We know this is fact rather than a simple game animation because that's what happened to Asriel when he returned to the underground and his essence was scattered into the flowers, and npcs in the genocide route explicitly mention Frisk always having some kind of powder on their hands. Point is, when monsters die there's nothing resembling them remaining. They don't leave corpses. So as far as they're concerned, if the body is still there, then it must still be alive.

I love how frisk is quite literally flung into these scenarios in a matter of minutes

The Alternate Pacifist Route is just the realistic timeline. Frisk doesn't survive the comically large fall and wins by doing absolutely nothing. I love it.
