    Thanks doctor, I was just out of the hospital from having a horrible hp episode. Just turned 58 in February, and never have worried about taking any kind of medication. I started getting a headache and it lasted for about three days. Got so bad that I flipped out, I mean you know I went out. My dad‘s blind and 83 and he had a hard time getting an ambulance and doing the phone but he got it and saved my life and I’m now I’m looking for ways to cut back on my salt because I’m unable to sweat. I was born with that condition. thank you for the video, and I will be saving it.

    Scramble two or three eggs with a fork and pour them in at the end and you have a great breakfast. Top with some Picante sauce if that is your flavor and done. My daughter puts shredded cheese on the egg mix before the picante. Lots of ways to add and nothing is really wrong if it tastes good to you.

  • For MEDICINAL or Wow! Hot Garlic. - use a micro-plane zester, let sit a few minutes, consume raw, mixing bits into a mouthful of food. Or, as you will fire breath. Effective preventative for social engagement and ????? What I found "researching" ... micro plane or otherwise puree very fine then let sit for 2 min to 10 min (sources vary) for enzyme activity to develop "active" properties. use raw or add after cooking and cool down as heat breaks down "active" properties.
