  • For a small leak, remove the radiator cap, tape up the hole, and don’t reinstall the cap. No pressure, no leak. Temporary repair
  • @jack303030
"Coolant leak" always makes me think of Geordy Laforge when the warp core is about to blow 😀

Matt with that new shop, have a bay only for routine maintenance on all recovery vehicles! Make someone director of maintenance to ensure all vehicles get inspected weekly!
  • @tylerlaurie5200
"my buddy thought he'd be a hot shot and try to back up..." surrrreee. That's key for he did it lol.

  • @vittoamp
Great representation of how much more useful the stored kinetic energy in a longer rope can be.
  • @user-hi9ug3cb5q
at approx. 5:00 that is the best demonstration of the difference between regular ropes and kinetic energy ropes that i've ever seen!

Good to see you have moral. Support specialist peanut on the job

Silicone hose is a must, I have yet to have one fail even under race conditions. Just in case it does, a roll of silicone self-amalgamating hose tape weighs almost nothing. Also, water temp gauges are slightly better than nothing but only just. By the time they react, it's too late and if you drop the water fast enough you may never notice. The only way to really tell what you engine is doing temp-wise is a cylinder head temp gauge/ alarm such as an Engine Guard. Most have a second sensor for the gearbox as well.
  • Absolutely love these off-road adventures! Keep up the great work, Matt and team! 🚗💨
  • @milkmanchoppers
Caulin, in the future, please strap a bike down by the axles. Strapping down the bars leaves a HUGE opportunity to blow fork seals... OR hit a bump, the suspension compresses and the next thing you know... your/the customers bike is laying on its side, possibly falling off the trailer.
  • @jimcheatham8306
Your hose will leak soon tighten up on the wire. Of course you need wire on the suction side to keep from sucking the hose flat.
  • @rockyb6356
I’ve fixed a few rad hoses in a fight or flight situation with screws. Depends on the hole.
  • Ok so the Banana got ac that's awesome she struggled some getting the Honda out but got it out and hopefully the radiator leak is fixed. Moorvair just doing it's thing with no problems. What a beast!
