Thank you so much for sharing these my dear sister in Christ. Hardest thing I have ever experienced in my entire life. Losing my husband was worse than death itself. It has been devastating, but I cling to the Lord and put my hope in Him because where else could we go? He has the words to eternal life.

I lost my husband at 27 .. I’m now 48 , God has been faithful and good .. though I still feel soo empty and lonely sometimes

I've been a widow for almost 4 years. God has shown himself mighty. I am still struggling with hurt and pain.

I got a lot reminders about happy scriptures, or who we are in Christ. What people don't understand is most Christian widows are closer to Jesus & Father than they ever been...what we need is help...living in the world. All the sudden momma (or even without kids) is supposed to mow the lawn, change the oil- not that women can't learn but NOBODY wants to help till she's ready to learn. God expects the body to help. Why can't people figure that out?! If you keep reading past that scripture where God talks about the widow crying out...He says His wrath will wax hot against those trying to hurt or take advantage of a widow...but then also talks about those who help will be blessed even in their business!! I'm talking about YOU car dealerships and mechanics!!

Thank you for doing this because my brother-in-law didn't help in fact he did the opposite. And I started looking for love in all the wrong places and I was taking advantage of; And God showed me that a man and his and his girlfriend we're using me secretly and I called out to the he also showed me that their were many eating up some estate that was left for me and my children. And I cried and I can remember this lovely feeling coming over me like the holy Spirit... Saying Peace be still. At that moment I knew it was no longer my fight it became his..... I've been taken for granted most my life.....I'm watch loving Leah' no and shame is brother in law who doesn't help his widower sister in law .... . SO I really thank you.

God is my protector and provider 🙏

Hello Carmen thanks so much for sharing this I just became a widow August 1st 20 21st I was married to my husband's for 34 years and we have an anniversary coming up this Friday thanks again so much for sharing I am a Christian and for some reason or another I have a strong sense of compassion for widows wanted to say again thanks so much this is most definitely not being spoken in the church I didn't realize how much God really loved me and considered me in another way besides just being his child but now that I'm a widow I know he loves me even in a different more intimate way.

As of July 10 I’m a widow at 37 I can’t even believe, being strong for my 2 girls I have yet to really grieve, I know God makes no mistakes
