Well, as Rick's lawyer, I have 2 defenses. 1. Crimes made outside of Rick's current dimension is beyond the jurisdiction of the governing body that would charge for these crimes. 2. technically he can only be charged for crimes made after last thanksgiving, as he was given a pardon by the US president. I rest my case.

when rick said they killed a vampire and gym teacher wouldnt the charge be maybe less than manslaughter since the vampire was killing people and summer did say earlier in the episode that someone did get bite on the neck and all their blood drained, wouldnt it be like still a long time in prison but just not that long like manslaughter?
