    Just watch yt Dr Berg, Dr Eckberg, Dr Mindy Pelz, Dr Ken Berry about keto and why you should not worry about Cholesterol. Watch also their vids on health fats and butter. Read the comments on their keto and carnivore diet vids.

    Ummmm Cause everybody is different and health is not a blanket ??!!? Come on
  • Statins don’t help overall longevity. High cholesterol is a good thing. The higher the cholesterol the lower the all cause mortality. They got this one upside down. Fat is good for us. Sugar is bad - it raises triglycerides and causes inflammation in the body. Any carb is turned into sugar in your body. You won’t get a heart attack with low triglycerides. Whoever is worried about their risk for heart disease should have a calcium scan. I’ve been eating an animal based diet for the most part of my life. Keto and low carb. My calcium scan is zero and my triglycerides low. There’s literally no chance I will get a heart attack anytime soon. And I am 52 years old.

  • Yea cause nuts and seeds are so available through the whole of evolution. The body must be smart enough to change its ways in 100 years once we have machines 😂

    The difference is probably between Diabetics vs pre- and non-Diabetics test subjects on either diet. If that isn't a controlled factor in testing then you'll get waffling results like this guy.
