I don't believe that playing some music can trigger a healing process. However, this happened yesterday: I put this to play in the background and went to sleep. Thoughts started flooding my mind. I've been quite stressed during the past few days, putting too much effort in a new business endeavor. The future of it is far from certain so all those feelings of anxiety and fear surfaced. Then all those moments of tension between me and my partner passed in front of my eyes. I realized our days are passing amidst continuous stressing over trivial stuff that don't matter in the grand scheme of things. How much time do we think we have left? And this hit me hard. I grabbed my phone and texted a very simple message. It was 5am. The daily grind began again today but it's an entirely different day. If you read that far, make sure you never forget what is truly important in life and what is trivial. Have a beautiful day.
