Really Nice project! I have some helium Miners, so i already have a lot of good spots to deploy Weather stations here in Portugal. As an air Traffic controller, i can see a lot of interest from the aviation industry in the information these stations can provide. There are a lot of aerodromes without any kind of meteo information, specially small aerodromes for recreational flights, where the majority of the pilots Will only be able to flight with good visual conditions. Having the possibility to check the weather conditions on those aerodromes and along the intended route using a phone app, would be a complete game changer! Already convinced some friends to join the waitlist as i did, and we will try to purchase on the February 1st pre sale. Super Excited to be part of this!

Can't wait until next month to purchase! This will be a fun project!

very well conceived. Just wondering though, is there a market demand for such weather data? Seems to me that is the most crucial question here.

I am excited to get this miner. One question. How is the weather monitor powered. I saw the AA batteries and I also know that the site mentions there being a USB device.

Has the unit been tested in cold weather environments? How will frost affect the solar panel, moving parts from wind monitor and overall unit?

can the device be mounted on a house balcony, or it must be used on roof only?

How is the station powered? I didn't see you plug it in.

How do I buy one of these weather stations? On the website they are out of stock. I put my email down for the waitlist on the website does that mean I have my position saved and I will be sent a email link to buy when they are back in stock or do I need to do something else?
