love jacob repeatedly saying 30 days about the famously 31 day month 🧡
  • i wish Nathan had been there when Jacob said “corroborate this claim” while drawing a scallop at 6:56, bc Nathan would have said “corroborate this CLAM”
  • @CBusschaert
Jacob: "We at Drawfee, we like it to be easy. We like it to be fast" Julia: sweats in Blender background modeling
  • @veganerwurst
Suggestion: A Karina hosted episode where everyone gets the Tags of an AO3 fanfic and tries to make fanart for it ❤

Nothing more on-brand for Drawfee than titling an episode “doing X in 30 minutes” when it’s at 48 minute episode
  • "Here at Drawfee, we like it to be easy and we like it to be fast." Never has a sentence been so right yet so wrong.
  • I can't believe you forced Nathan to sit outside the recording area at gunpoint instead of letting him participate. He was crying. His tears were just streaming down his poor little bearded cheeks as he silently begged to be allowed to draw, you heartless monsters Edit: I just reached the part of the episode where Julia drew Nathan being excluded. Whoops.

The timing on the semi-ironic subscribe button pop-ups lately has been so good

I always love Jacob's patience. He just has to wait until the other goobers (affectionate) get the goob out of their system. Sure, talk about fall vibes for a bit. Open up the back door, go run around and burn off some energy, come back inside to Jacob when you're ready to start the episode.

the rat in a bun being referred to as a new York armadillo was so unexpected it got a genuine guffaw out of me.

"I'm excited to see what angle you take... Julia, this is weird." Drawfee in a nutshell
  • When Jacob began drawing the bat's feet it hit me how incredibly lucky we are to be able to get this content for free. So thank you to The Drawfee Crew and everyone who sponsors their Patreon for those who can't afford to.

Should we talk about how everything Jacob drew was upset to be alive?
  • absolutely living for jacob's halloween portrait looking like someone just draped a sheet over his regular portrait.
  • David killing it with those perfectly timed Subscribe buttons every week, but sticking it right after "wow that is horrific" is just amazing.
  • @squipsquap
In this Halloween episode, Jacob explores the horror of sentience without purpose. How spooky.
  • @heikenel3499
Idea for a follow-up episode: show all (or some) of the images to Nathan and have him draw what he guesses the prompt was.
  • @tmzFRM
Could we all just take a moment to appreciate how Nathan's saltiness elevated this episode?
  • @KaytaRaven
Omg I can’t believe Nathan left Drawfee because Jacob was wrong about scallions

For some reason (I think it's the vibes of the drawings but idk) this video reminded me of a drawing game my friends & I played in highschool. We didn't have a name for it but I've taken to thinking of it as "Wizards' Duel" because it works like how wizards fight in older stories: you start by drawing something innocuous in the corner of the page (traditionally a carrot, i don't remember why) then the next person draws something that defeats/destroys it next to it & you just keep going, spiraling inward on the page, until you run out of space/can't think of anything else & concede. Anyway, I just think the Drawfee crew could have a really fun time playing Wizards' Duel, perhaps on stream
