Curious about Bangkok's cost of living in 2024? In this video I'm giving you a full tour of my luxury one bedroom condo in the heart of Bangkok's Sukhumvit/Asoke area. This location is ideal for foreigners who want to be close to the downtown action, while still remaining outside the major tourist areas of Phrom Phong, Asok, Nana, Siam, etc. If you have any questions, please drop them down below!

Hi im from Bangkok. This apartment should be half the rental price. The location is not prime. You can find many cheaper similar options.

Thanks for the tour, it's definitely inexpensive but I would need to step it up a little with priorities being a larger gym and less cramped apartment, what is "that building over there" that you point out at the end of the video?

I stayed here 2022 BEFORE the 7Eleven was completed (I was so annoyed by thatπŸ˜‚)and before the face recognition for the lift was done. The view over Rama 9 and Jodd Fairs at night is great. The pool on the top floor is amazing! Crossing the road freaked me out that I got a Grab motorbike to the MRT station πŸ˜‚
  • Nice video Mr. Mosby.. does that building have any 2 bedrooms? if yes, what's the price for those?
  • The rooftop looks great.. how come there's nobody around up there?.. it never gets packed and your special little spot is taken?
