在这个国家生活了幾十年，雖然住過不同城鎮，但还要很多地方我都没去过。近年因為拍youtube影片，我再次走入一个个大马城鎮，重新发现这些地方的美好。

这一次的西海岸旅程，我分别去了霹雳州的班台,感受淳朴的渔村风情，也去了小福州sitiawan, 来一趟独特的福州美食之旅，而第三站去了鱼米之乡Sekichan适耕庄，收获了很多美景美食的丰富旅程。

Thank you jean . I had the best time of my life in pantai . 1997 . That time there was no turtle sanctuary but the fish market you went too .. really opened my eyes back then . In the old days .. the women who were cleaning the fish .. got paid with the " weight " of the fish stomach . All the fish coming off the boats was cleaned super fast . If you can imagine fast forwarding the scene on a remote control . Regards from london ❤
