I honestly think that Paradigm WITHOUT the exclusive style actually might be more rare than 2019 paradigm because you only had a very small window to buy it compared to 2019 where you had multiple days before the skin was "No longer available"

I wanted the skin back in the day, but just barely missed it. Last night I checked the shop right at rest with 1,165 V-bucks. Once I saw the Paradigm, I immediately loaded into Save The World to get my daily quest done, and 15 minutes later I returned to the shop and bought it. When I bought it, I thought best case I get to keep it worst case they take it back and I get my V-bucks back, but I never expected to keep it and my V-bucks! This is an absolute W.
