For the most part, Pixar has a surprisingly good track record with sequels I said mostly–and Inside Out 2 thankfully continues to improve said track record. So after we were done having another existential crisis, we decided it’d be fun to do what we do best–so without further ado, this is Inside Out 2(and 1) characters: Good to Most Heroic. Spoilers ahead, of course. #pixar #insideout #insideout2 #disney

  • Anxiety is definitely one of Disney's chaotic antagonists.
  • @andyhua9939
Riley's panic attack sure seems to be nightmare fuel.
  • The panic of anxiety can be hard to control over thinking is the main reason
  • @MRdaBakkle
Anxiety had to learn the same lesson that Joy learned in the first movie.
  • Grey Area😐: Last🥇: Anxiety 🥈Construction Workers 🥉Jangles Riley’s Deep Dark Secret Envy Coach Roberts Ennui Good😇: Embarrassment Disgust Anger Fear Joy Sadness Riley Andersen Bloofy Valentina Ortiz Lance Slashblade Bree and Grace Nostalgia 🥉Pouchy 🥈Mr. Andersen and Mrs. Andersen Most Good🥇: Bing Bong
  • Anxiety is definitely a control freak, like Joy in the first movie, and I figured she would be the lowest.
  • Anxiety was a cool Anti-Villain she saw her actions as good but ultimately did more harm its amazing Val was just a cool and friendly person from start to finish

The last ones sacrifice hit hard. He deserved that number one spot. He would rather be erased and non-existent than Riley be sad. I give him my respect. 👏👏👏

okay but anxiety has helped so much and is so good at planning. in general her character is planning things out and making sure things go smoothly, even if they haven’t happened yet. she’s the only one who even remembered Riley’s upcoming spanish test. so she cant be the least good. her heart has always been in the right place. and even real anxiety is exactly like this. so its accurate. i love my anxiety when it helps me. im sure others can agree
  • "She is literally the personification of a mental illness" is a sentence that does more harm than helps. Anxiety is not a mental illness, its a part of everyone's lives. Some people have a harder time keeping it in check, or have it much more intensely than others.
  • I figured that anxiety would be at the bottom and it is nice that this movie even though in some ways she is the villain and antagonist of the movie she isn't inherently evil, she is trying to help riley anderson with her future but she just happens to be doing it in all the wrong ways. you can be the antagonist and villain without being evil, it just means you do damage but like in this movie it's nice to see that there can be some movies that can have a person be an antagonist or villain without being evil, they genuinely believe they are doing the right thing. And it's nice that anxiety got a path towards redemption arc at the end.
  • I feel like inside out needs a tv series. The concept has limitless possibilities that can help people better understand their emotions that can’t all be fully explored in movies.
