    If they become demon it unlocks the full potential so if comparision must be if they are all at same age and there is no upgrade difference like no one will have DS Mark or every one will have DS Mark so as per my opinion 1) muichiro (most potential guy) 2) gyomei himejima (this guy don't have less) 3)sanemi 4) rengoku 5)giyu 6)obanai 7)mitsuri 8) tengen 9)shinobu Note :- giyu and rengoku are interchangeable and i knew in current manga giyu is far stronger than rengoku because he got a opportunity to train in hashira training arc where he and everyone increased there strength . Rengoku and giyu are kind of opposite forces fire and water , offensive and defensive ,optimastic and pesimestic . I don't think any other hashira is mis ranked , even if you don't agree it's my opinion.
