The part that says “I’m just going where the wind blows I don’t get to decide.” I relate to that since my parents are transphobic and homophobic and every day they accuse me of being gay and harass me about it. They also aren’t letting me get the decision of what grades I get (I get A’s or groundings) They are forcing me to get my drivers license as soon as possible, and they said that if I don’t go to college, then I can’t live with them after my 18th birthday. I have to go to college immediately. If I go to college they said they will give me the chance to get my finances and if I want to I can stay with them longer. Oh did I also mention THEY HAVE THE YEAR I HAVE CHILDREN PLANNED TOO.

I heard the song weeks ago when the lyric vid came out and fell in love with it. Then i found a nightcore about 2 weeks later and saved it without listening to it. Now im listening to it and love the nightcore! Its so good!

First time I knew it was Alec!

Okay so I just found out what maladaptive dreaming is and I think I might have it -- it literally takes me at least three hours to get ready to go to sleep since it's the only time I'm alone (because everyone thinks I'm asleep) and I'll just pace back and forth in my room daydreaming, having fake conversations and interviews, and just being other people. Sometimes I forget what's real and what isn't. When I was little I was so convinced that I'd gotten invited to America's Got Talent the previous day I went to school and told all my friends... I'll spend a lot of time just during the day in my room, sitting in my desk chair, staring at a blank screen, and playing through my daydreams. I thought that was normal. For me, I'm stuck in a daydream that I don't know is a daydream. In the daydreams, reality is more flexible than it really is, but I still can't quite tell the differences. It's like being stuck in your own head and not being allowed to leave. This song reminds me of that.
