Why are all these kids in the comments looking for every reason to pick these videos apart? These cars are dope, the guy is kinda dry, but clearly loves what he does. Jay is always the same so I don't know why it surprises people. This was a cool video and I'm glad these cars are out there getting driven.

i like how jay never edits out the real world stuff, like the clutch mistake around 19:50 and in another vid they show one of the gopros falling off the car and getting run over. most channels would edit that stuff out and have special location shots and carefully chosen wardrobe, etc. this is just cars, no bullshit, in jay's garage. great channel.
-
Marlon, cool guy, no ego, knows his stuff ! Great episode Jay !
-
I really like Marlon's design ethos on these cars. Very functional and simple without over-wrought detail - it seems he lets the cars be what they are at a basic level.
-
Guy shows up in a old t shirt - that's the sign of a working man. Love it. And Jay always leaves his ego at the door, with his questions. Great show.
-
The best part of this video is at 19:54 when Jay grinds the gears, and apologizes, they didn't edit it out. Also, the sound of that blue car when he gets on the freeway is beautiful.
-
Another of Jay's great episodes. Thanks for being around!

Nice video. I had a '74 Carrera, and of course regret ever selling it. We saw Jay perform recently at an outdoor summer concert at the Biltmore here in Asheville. He started right on time and did 90 minutes of non-stop funny. I laughed the whole time. We are so lucky to have Jay and his love of cars. Bravo, Jay!
-
Great interview and presentation by Goldberg -- confident, informative and enthusiastic without being pandering/anxious, etc.
-
I have a lot of respect for Jay, leaving in that gear grind. He could have edited that out.
-
Leno’s garage is my new favorite thing on YouTube
-
18:06 that Mini looks gigantic next to the Porsche.
-
Jay needs to feature his mustard yellow Porsche 911. He hasn't done that one yet (only resto blog). Nor the Citroen SM...
-
911s are some of the best built cars in the world.
-
Watching the traffic, I sure don't miss living in a large city.
-
amazing how Jay drives so well with his eyes closed
-
The 911's from the 1970s and 1980s are my favorite.
-
I love the air cooled engine sound!!! Thank you Jay for sharing.
-
The look on the owner's face was priceless when Jay ground the gears a little! What a hoot.
-
This guy's face when Jay grinds 3rd... Priceless
