I apologize for being a little late here, but here is my first Worst Driver year recap video! Until this year, I didn't have enough interesting clips to make one of these but this year provided me with enough clips. 2023 was a crazy year with over 20,000 miles of driving and 2 trips down to New York City, 2 new cars and much more!     2:41: Chapter 89 Section 4B. "Upon all ways the driver of a vehicle shall drive in the lane nearest the right side of the way when such lane is available for travel, except when overtaking another vehicle or when preparing for a left turn." If he has to pass you on the right, you shouldn't be in that lane.
