Thank you for so many delicious ideas. I like that you show several seconds of cutting/chopping - not five minutes, but not snapping your finger either. It also sounds like you're talking to a friend and not just zipping through a script.

Hi Mel! I hope you are doing well. I recently hurt my back...I seem to forget I'm not 20 anymore. These sheet pan meals, crockpot meals, and one pot meals will make my cooking and cleanup much easier. I appreciate the time you put into your videos. Take care.
  • Mel theses all look wonderful! The difficult part is deciding which one to try first!

Hi Mel, I love your channel. Between your one skillet meals and the smaller recipes for 2, I have to say you are awesome. I’m retired and 70, my hubby retires next year. We are also empty nesters for a few years now. Can’t wait to try some of the chicken recipes you made on this video. My hubby is so picky on vegetables so I’ll have to substitute some of the vegetables but looking forward to trying. Thank you
  • I Just Love You! I went to Maryville College in East Tennessee, and Graduate work at the University of Memphis (now Memphis State), as I lived in Jackson, TN, where my now 38 year old “baby”, of Four, was born! Yes, I’m a 73 year old Grammy of 3. You are so precious! You remind me of my Oldest daughter, Tara, in Florence, SC!! But, Jackson was our favorite family place! ( Maryville and Knoxville were mine!!) Love Love Love You, dear MEL!❤😊😊😊🎉
  • I’m going to try and find some Formula L biscuit mix. With those butter flakes I bet it does make a good biscuit!
  • They all look so good, don't know what to try first. My mind is boggled with all these delicious looking recipes 😅. I love the recipes and your commentary ❤.

Hey, Hey Friend, great recipe ideas tonight! Thanks for the shout-out for the fajita seasoning mix and for my page. I, too, love the Formula L Biscuit mix. I use it for chicken pot pie topping, and I love biscuits made with it. It is my go to. ❤️

Hi Mel, I made your Caesar Baked Chicken dish the other day you had in another video. I wasn't sure how it would taste (never used Caesar dressing for cooking just salad), but it was really good and different. My husband and I loved it!
  • @debbiechaney6607
New subscriber here. Unbelievable how wonderful these dinners were. So delicious looking. Which one will I try first? Your husband and daughter are two very lucky people to have such a fantastic cook and mom/wife in their home. Thank you very much for taking the time and having the patience to show them all to us. I am thrilled! Sincerely, Debbie and Dexter-Dog my sweet tiny rescued Chihuahua 🐕 companion living a quiet crafty life in southern California. 🤓🙋🐶🐾🧑‍🦽🙏🙏👍👍

I found you this weekend and now I am obsessed. Everything looks and sounds amazing. I love to cook fancy, but sometimes just an easy comforting stick to your ribs meal is what we need. Keep it up!!!! ❤
