Super Bowl XXV: With only 8 seconds left of the fourth quarter, The Buffalo Bills attempted a 47 yard field goal. Scott Norwood was at the time, special kicker. Scott Norwood kicked the Football and the ball spiraled wide right of the goal post, The kick was no good.

The Bills lost to the Giants and Norwood lost his job. His legacy would be remembered for years.

The character for the 1994 film Ace Ventura Pet Detective, Ray Finkle/Lois Einhorn was inspired by Norwood.
