This is a very good explainer, because you show not only the assembly but also what effect each component practically has. Imo the best "how a watch works" video out there. A followup with self-winding and chrono modules would ofc be great; though I appreciate that those might be more difficult to demonstrate. Random thought... It would be nice to have a movement like this (whether by ETA or a custom modification) where the back plates were transparent (e.g. milled sapphire); as is they cover up so much of the watch mechanisms...

I love watching shows like this, initially I was put off by no commentary, but sometimes it's just nice to watch a craftsman at working in silence in a world that is all noise all the time, thank you.
