Despite supposedly being indestructible, mojang sure loves to go out of their way to break bedrock
  • I actually really liked the red sunset clouds on Bedrock, it kinda makes more sense. Clouds at sunset irl don't stay white, they turn a pinkish or yellow colour.

16:45 you forgot about the fact that pausing in bedrock is nonexistent, you can still get killed while being afk for a long time and I wouldn't even call it a "feature". I shouldn't have to leave my world to pause the game, Mojang desperately needs to fix this 😭
  • @Pikle.
the one parity feature that i have wanted for Years is the ability to put and use items in the offhand, the almost uselessness of the offhand in bedrock currently is extremely frustrating

I think Minecraft has become a textbook example at this point of how NOT to bring feature parity across your games. Instead of adding the best features from each version to the other, they keep removing all the good features from one version (Windswept Savanna grass) and adding all the worst features from that version to the other (player reporting and overbearing moderation) instead. I THOUGHT PARITY WAS SUPPOSED TO MAKE THE GAME BETTER FOR ALL OF US

my friends and I had a survival world. And we collected skeleton horses and put them in boats on a pond. We had like 7 skeleton horses on our year old survival world until one day, when we logged on, they were ejected out of the boats. I was so mad because we had been collecting them for months. We lost a few horses because they either despawnes or got stuck somewhere else. Biggest L a video game has ever had

The paper doll is useful when trying to glide efficiently with the elytra. It kicks it's legs when you start to stall, indicating you need to lower your aim / increase your glide angle a little.

"They could have just added horses in boats to Java, and everyone would be happier." As a Java player, I can confirm that
  • @WGasmss
If they take away winter mode I would riot I love the winter biomes and how white it looks during snowstorms
  • @JediMediator
The textures are randomly rotated to reduce the appearance of texture tiling, which is usually considered ugly when it affects organic textures like grass and dirt.

Playing Bedrock for about 5 years has really made me want a few features from Java put into Bedrock, and that is being able to put multiple tools and items into you offhand. The other being able to see chunks to make mob farm building more efficient.
  • @legoboy7107
As someone who greatly prefers Java Edition, I'll be so sad if they remove Winter Mode from Bedrock, it looks so pretty!!
  • @HungryWarden
About the Dying Trees, Minecraft doesn’t have Ivy, but Ivy is a plant in real life that eats away at trees by growing on them. Pretty sure vines are being used to replicate this effect.

IF THEY TAKE AWAY LEADING BOATS SPEEDBRIDGING AND BONEMEALING SMALL FLOWERS I WILL RIOT
  • @punkygaming2638
Also Trident Killers would be an insane loss for basically every mob farm since we cant really use any other fully afk way to kill large amounts of mobs (especially with looting)

I think the reason people don't complain about single page view book & quill is because how their use for getting simple 1:1 redstone comparator signals out of them. Page 1 is strength 1, page 15+ is full strength, page 5 is 5 strength etc. One redstone parity change they COULD make is letting you use redstone components underwater in Java
  • @adorablehoe
I genuinely find the paper doll useful as a crouch indicator. Also it's nice to see my pretty trimmed armor in the corner sometimes heh
  • @HungryWarden
I feel like the paper doll is actually very helpful. Say you run forward and jump, try to activate your elytra, but instead you fall to your death because you forgot you were wearing a chestplate instead. The paper doll lets you easily view your character and the armor you’re wearing without going into your inventory.
  • @madspoon1
Paper doll is super useful for determining your pitch while flying high up where you can't reference the world, as it isn't visible.
  • @Padaw8n
Love the OG Minigame music in the background. Also, as a bedrock player, I agree with everything you said in this video. The Savannah grass and horse boat changes effected my world specifically because i used those features and now they are gone. I’ve been waiting for the 1.5 block sneaking for a while and i’m glad it’s finally here. don’t diss the paper doll 😢 he’s been here from the start
