8:54 During my test, I got a minor fault for "Normal driving positioning." At the end the examiner mentioned that I stayed out of the road for too long, despite there being parked cars dotted along on my side of the road and no other vehicles ahead. But I did so to enhance my visibility of the road ahead and i will continue to do so π

This is one of the things I couldn't stop doing on my first few lessons. My brain just thought that I must stay to my side of the road for as long as physically possible. Great video π

Thanks - another great video. I see a lot of driving instructors who donβt appear to understand this themselves. They allow pupils to make a sharp right turn just before obstacles which leaves the drivers off side wing projecting across the road. This scenario is very well illustrated in your clips.
