So.....if Kirby chose the Sleep ability, would he go into an eternal coma? That's.....that's pretty dark.

I think what might actually happen is that adult puffballs have an accumulated powerset weighted from multiple abilities. Meta Knight, of course, does lean predominantly towards Sword, but he also has a couple moves otherwise exclusive to Wing in Return to Dream Land and Planet Robobot, plus he's got a bit of a Tornado bent as well (i.e., "Mach Tornado"). Personally, I tend to think Kirby might end up mostly growing into Beam just because it's Sakurai's favorite.

What does sword and cook kirby have in common? The use of knives in the preparation of food. It could very well be that there's a "Chef" hybrid end result in the same vein Metaknight has a combination of Wing and Sword abilities.

So... Kirby can choose to permanently stick to the Copy copy ability. Well, at least that won't suck. ... ...
  • It doesn't sound stupid, It is quite a clever theory. What I don't think is true is the need of keeping an ability. I don't think Kirbies have to, but just decide. Kirby is just a baby, experimenting different abilities, and Meta Knight is a grown up Kirby and decided to stay with the sword ability and master to an extent he is even able to use the legendary Galaxia Sword and even shot "sword beams".

So, I recently got the copy ability myself and decided to eat a cookie and learn its knowledge. Here's what I've learned: "Sit..... "Wait to be eaten.... "Sit..... "Get a bit moldy.... "Get eaten.... "Sit.... *GREATEST LORE*
  • So Kirby will get a fusion of Sword-Chef-Beam. Don't mess with Future Kirby.
  • Listen, a black hole is not just related to space. Black holes are formed by stars.
  • @jsleahy76
Irony: You used Kirby's Epic Yarn music at the beginning and Kirby can't use copy abilities in that game.
  • @StarForce99
Maybe Kirby's choice was the "Copy" ability.
  • @EpicvidsKetti08
One thing about Kirby he's still cute even if he sucks up Bayonetta or Snake
  • Our little innocent Conner said "hell" things are getting pretty edgy on his channel
  • @porygon-z4503
Kirby is a star warrior infant, so is meta night, but he is older
  • @VikingBoyBilly
I never thought kirby was still a baby, that's just in RIght Back At Ya.
  • In my opinion, those stars from Kirby's Dreamland are not the source of his copy ability power. According to Game Theory, Kirby is an amoeba. Like amoeba, when Kirby inhales an enemy and swallows it, he will gain his enemy's traits of survival. And when he's done with it, the DNA of the enemy leaves in the form of a star. P.S. Did you know Kirby's stomach is actually his pocket dimension? That is how he is able to swallow so much stuff without gaining a single pound.

I like to call Kirby's species the "Extra-terrestrial Marshmellow". I imagine Clefairy & Jigglypuff are also part of this species, as they have connections with space too (the Moon Stone) and they're all adorable pink little puffballs to boot :P
  • @TheGeckoNinja
i actually like this idea of the kirby lore when it comes to his abilities
