    Great video with brevity and clarity. Juxtaposing the blue ocean strategy; "looking across time" means looking at trends and capitalizing on them. as for the example of Apple in 2003 launching iTunes to take advantage of the trend of people downloading music on the internet, it is to focus on trends that are already happening and present, not trying to predict the future and guess what trends will happen; like when Apple launched iTunes, downloading music from the internet was already very prominent. Seems two brilliant leadership approaches yet contradicting ?
