I can definitely understand what you're saying about fast fashion, but I can say for myself that not only is it a matter of budget for myself and a lot of other people, but I also keep fast fashion pieces for years and years, so I do feel like I am still responsible when I purchase those types of items. This dress is so fun! The feathers do add such a fun touch. Fuschia heels would look so cute with this too! What a great deal on the dress. This definitely deserves a 10!
