"Nobody knows what a balm is gonna do...they're unpredictable." How true. "It's outrageous, egregious, preposterous!" You have to love Jackie Chiles. Yet another Seinfeld character where the actor was absolutely perfect for the role. The casting in this show was sheer genius.
