Robotech is and always will be my all time favorite anime! I've been a fan since the first time I watched way back in 1985 and that has never gone away.
I wanted to put to together a video with clips from all three wars: Macross Saga, Southern Cross and The New Generation
I couldn't think of a better song from the 80's that would do it justice and I think most would agree, "Holding Out For A Hero" by Bonnie Tyler is the epitome of 80's Bad Ass

I never liked how they combined the series. But they almost made it work. Macross is still my favorite.

Loved all 3 series. Gundam Wing would do good with this song. Wish there was more Robotech here in the US.

I haven't watched Macross/Southern Cross/Genesis Climber Mospeda in *years*! I'd forgotten how good they were.

Nicely done! Can't believe its been 37(?) years since I first watched Robotech. Always thought it was a great creative feat to have meshed the three series together into a continuous narrative.

Very nicely done, cool to see you included all three series that make up ROBOTECH. Seen more than my share of videos that omitted MASTERS and NEW GEN to concentrate on MACROSS. Nice touch having Dana Sterling appear at the line "white knight upon a fiery steed".

Im old AF and they used to show on TV the advances / commercials of Robotech episodes. It was in 1985. And they used to show them with this song in the background. I just searched for this and yours was the first video just some hours after being posted. Thank you
