You also don't want to run shiny treasures of ruin or any of the Gen 9 legendaries, that will get you disqualified

Shout outs to Gen 5 VGC, where everyone ran definitely legitimate shiny Pokemon who also just so happened to have perfect IV's and optimal natures in the era before bottle caps and nature mints.

Shiny hunting Tatsugiri is like hell, especially when you have to squint your eyes everytime you see one to see if it's shiny. Personally I don't think it would be worth it

Fun fact: due to a programming oversight in Pokémon Colloseum, it is possible for your shadow Pokémon to become shiny after you catch as the mons OT number would be overwritten by the player's OT number. While it was fixed in XD Gales of Darkness, it's still a fun tidbit

For Gyarados, there were other ways of getting Bounce. In Platinum, Gyarados and Magikarp could learn it via move tutor, Magikarp could get it from the Pokewalker in Gen IV and Dream World in Gen V.

Fun part of using full shinies is I assume my opponents just think im using hacked mons and don’t know how to play. Especially on casual lololol ^^’

You could tell if the shiny beast doesn't have event moves if it's not in a Cherish Ball in later generations
