▶︎▶︎ It seems like the tension in Ferrari is back after both of their drivers went on to express their true feelings about the 2024 Barcelona GP. Once the pace from the car has regressed a little bit and Ferrari turned from a potential championship contender to the 4th fastest team on a track that is quite representative for the entire season, the masks fall and the drivers say what is on their mind. The question that needs to be answered now is whether Ferrari can sustain the consequences of the lack of pace in Barcelona, and can they get back on top of their issues challenging Verstappen on a regular basis?

  • This isn't the first time Leclerc & Sainz had a moment like this during the season, what are your thoughts about it? Do you think it's right what Leclerc said about the situation between them during the race?
  • @DrewShafer66
Wait until he has to fight Lewis next year. I have my popcorn ready.
  • Even Fred backed Carlos - Charles did not lose the time on their altercation.
  • @johnheuts9230
Charles should not complain, he has a seat, Carlos not ! What do you expect ? Carlos needs to go for himself !
  • man, I never thought that their relationship took a dramatic turn like this :(
  • @Fiasco3
Forget Leclerc and Sainz who's the whack job at Ferrari that put new Softs on Sainz's car and then expected him not to attack. It's the only reason you put Softs on.
  • @Laney-t1d
I think they both should have kept their public comments minimal and discussed in private. This has turned into unnecessary drama that doesn’t help with focus on the next race.
  • Strategy was curious (again) Why put Sainz' on hards instead of softs when the car was at its lightest. Didn't make any sense at all. Re: the minor collision, Leclerc was behind (front wing on rear tyre) and the onus is on the driver behind not to collide with a car in front. End of.
  • I think they’re both frustrated,. Seems like all those upgrades aren’t working as well as they woulda thought
  • I believe Carlos broke strategy but we really don’t know with certainty what the plan was before the start
  • This is ONE bad race, so I'm not sure everything's gone to pot just yet. This segment makes a LOT of assumptions to string a narrative together, that I'm not so easily convinced has much bearing in reality. Barcelona is done and over with and there's plenty of season left for everyone else to have their share of problems as well. Remember, Max Verstappen only drives for one team, so there's always room for improvement for everyone...except Max. 😆

I like Charles, but he seems to be a prima donna on par with Lewis. Next season should be very interesting for the team in red.
  • Leclerk is always blaming someone for his lack of concentration
  • @tj7870
wait until LH get's there, unstop crying from CL!!!

  • @shaker8984
Leclerc is a crybaby, he only thinks about himself. Sainz had the gap and went for move. Same with Hamilton.

I knew Ferrari would check out and go into hibernation for a month after they won at Monaco. At happens every time the hype wagons start to sing their praises
