the thing is that you use the mines for it to make never ending items and using the upgraders make them allot more greater which means that makes it's price bigger, if you upgrade to the next tier there will be better mines and upgraders that have allot more price then the lower tier and theres things outside your factory to can harvest but you need tiers to be able to mine the more greater things, once tier 6 theres a portal you can go through that sends you to a island
