The official YouTube channel of multi-platinum rock band Panic! At The Disco. The band consists of Brendon Urie, Dan Pawlovich, Nicole Row, and Mike Naran.
Panic! At the Disco released its debut studio album ‘A Fever You Can't Sweat Out’ in 2005, which became certified double platinum in the US. Following in 2008, the band's album ‘Pretty. Odd.’ marked a significant departure from the band’s debut sound. 2011 brought the band’s 3rd album ‘Vices & Virtues’, which featured “The Ballad of Mona Lisa” and spent 10 consecutive weeks on the iTunes “Top Alternative Songs” chart. In 2013, the band released the album ‘Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!’, featuring “This Is Gospel”. Panic’s 2016 album ‘Death of a Bachelor’ spawned hits like the gold certified track "Hallelujah”. Most recently, the band released "Say Amen (Saturday Night)", the lead single from the 2018 studio album ‘Pray for the Wicked’.

but the title is too short
-
I love how the whole album has the word 'LYRICS' in the description but there really isn't any
-
Thing learnt here 1. Ryan Ross is a poetic genius 2. The meaning to this song breaks me 3. They shook it up in this album
-
The number of lyrics in the description matches the number of bandmates Brendon has
-
The beginning of this song gets me man
-
best song on the album, in my opinion
-
BOI MY FIRDT TIME HEARING THIS IT WAS ALL CALM AND SWEET FOR A SEC THEN THE BEAT FVCUMG DROPS AND MY ARMS FLUNG IN THE AIR

This song is based on ryan's life growing up. His dad was an alcoholic who ryan had to take care of when he would "relapse" so camisado is his way of explaning and dealing with it all. The whole "sit back and relapse again" is because ryans dad would become sobber for awhile but then go back to his old habbits. "decorated emergency" deals with all the times ryan was called telling him that his dad was in the hospital again and needed to go get him. Thats where the whole "youve earned a place atop the icu's hall of fame".Also "this is the scent of dead skin on a linolieum floor" means that hospitals have those types of floors and ryan had to spend so much time in them and see so much that it fits into the song well. Then we have another important line. "the bruises and contusions will remind me what you did when you wake". This is ryan dealing with his fathers drinking while trying to start panic!. His and brendon's fathers didn't approve of them leaving college for music so even though ryan would do everything to help his dad get sobber when he'd wake up his dad would forget all the good things ry did for him and still try and kick him out of the house. So basically that's the main idea behind camisado.

I've been thinking, and I've come to the conclusion this might be my favorite Panic! song. Not just on Fever, but like.. ever. I can't explain the feeling I get when the chorus hits, and every time I hear the "ba, ba, ba-doh" bits. Especially on live versions with Ryan on background vocals & harmonizing with Brendon. I've shed a few tears before, tbh. It's magic. ✨

its been 84 years

this album is so underrated. the whole baroque/1950s west coast aesthetic mixed with pop punk and electronic sound is amazing. like name another band with the same concept. i feel like it would've been more recognized if it was made today...? it's probably just me idk

Do you ever move away from a band because you found different music that spoke to you more and so you forget how much you frACKING LOVE THE MUSIC WHEN YOU COME BACK AND FRACKING LISTEN TO IT FRICK
-
Omfg a short title
-
the story behind this song hit me like a truck
-
"Just sit back just sit back, just sit back and relax. Just sit back just sit back, just sit back and relapse again." My favourite lyrics <3
-
Poor Ryan.
-
Damn. This says a lot about how I feel right now. "Can't take the kid from the fight, take the fight from the kid..." Just...I feel like I shouldn't relate to that, but I do.
-
“Can’t take the kid from the fight, take the fight from the kid.” How is no one else taking about how amazing that lyric is? That’s brilliant and something people need to know
-
Ryan Ross, was only 19 when he wrote this whole album, it's one of the most theatrical album of the 2000s. My Chemical Romance, Panic! and Green Day, are the only bands which got successful with their concept albums at that time

I'm in the old Panic! hole again. Mom what do I do
