I love how in-depth you get in pointing out the various flaws or achievements of an episode, relating philosophical and world-building positions to what's being presented. Just really excellent work. Posting this here for posterity. I am aware of the reasoning behind the female character designs in this show, I simply didn't want to discuss it in the video itself, because I know for a fact that my little brother watches my stuff. Supposedly, the female characters are designed the way they are, because the creators of the show didn't like the idea of men masturbating to their female characters, and they didn't want to encourage the "male gaze." Now, I can't verify that (mostly because I'm too lazy to) but if that is true, I find that reasoning to be incredibly stupid, because rule 34 is a thing; but also hilariously ironic, because this show clearly prides itself on it's gay/lesbian representation and guess what lesbians like to masturbate to! XD

This series does have good characters and some good writing. In spite of a few flaws.

u are right with bow because i know a tiny bit about archery is your thumb is supposed to touch your lips not your stomach. the only plausible reason for showing bows stomach would either be its a habit he likes it or he steadies his bow with his stomach.
