Such a neat welding job and finished project. If I ever need this I'm driving to Connecticut from Illinois to have you do it.
-
thanks for this expert info on frame repair!
-
Beautiful work. I’m doing my 2002 now and someone patched the frame incorrectly, and it rusted and cracked. If you’re going to tackle this job and don’t have experience be forewarned, this man makes it look way easier than it really is.

good to see you. quality repair as usual.
-
Another great video and sharing the knowledge Justin!!!!
-
Thanks where do I find your videos of step by step various parts to be welded and what not to use and how to stay away from
-
great vid! in the end, the price is what it is. I'm in a different trade, but WE know how to do it right. Sometimes people want to know a "ballpark" price. I keep it vague , but explain a simple process of how it's done, and people just want the best job that they can trust. More vids on Jeeps please. LOL

I really love the jeep videos

Do you guys repair the XJ frame also?

I just bought a welder and safe t caps. No experience welding. What settings do you recommend for a gasless welder? I've got to use a generator for the welder.
-
I regret not bringing my truck to you. I was anxious to get it done and went to another shop. Nothing cut out and completely overlooked areas that were rotted next to their own repairs🙃. Also they are a licensed safe t cap installer. Live and learn.

I’m about to do a frame repair on my 05 LJ, I have the tub sitting on 4x4 blocks on the frame with the trans t case and exhaust removed. I lifted the tub so I could pressure wash and clean it best I possibly could to reveal any hidden problems with the frame. Do you recommend I bolt the tub back to the frame before I cut it apart to do the repairs? I feel like it would help at keeping the frame from sagging when the center section is cut out. I’m doing the project on the ground I don’t have a lift.

What do you recommend for interior frame coating Eastwoods or Fluid Film or something else?
