1/2 cup pressed cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk of choice
1-2 TBSP maple syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
Salt and ceylon cinnamon to taste!

    When you make your breakfast burritos you might try just putting your tortilla directly on top of the egg and vegetable mixture in the pan when it is still uncooked. Continue cooking until the egg Is done. Then take the egg and tortilla out of the pan and roll up or fold like a taco.
  • Love your videos! Thank you so much, Claire! I'd like to share one of my favorite combos lately. I roast a sheetpan of onion, red pepper and sweet potato. I combine with eggs or pasta or my favorite, chicken, greek olives, coconut aminos and sometimes rice. It's really good!

    Hi, as always it was a pleasure to watch your video. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. I have just one question. I live in Poland and it's quite hard to get a Japanese sweet potato here. I can get mostly a regular sweet potato. Is there any difference between them when it comes to nutrition? Can I use a regular one as a substitute?
