Since your space is small, I definitely would consider rounding the corners on your table to prevent injuries. ;)
  • You're right....that table will be a weapon. Suggestion...angle or round off the corners. 😉
  • This was posted a year ago. Wow, here it is 12-21 what a difference a year makes. A baby and a new house. Excited to see what the new year brings.
  • just a suggestion about the table, was thinking you should cut it down width wise to the same widthh as the side bench that sticks out, so that it doesnt prodrude out into the walk way as much, you could re attach the cut piece on a piano hinge if you ever need the full table width again. just a thought?!

So good to see Frank again, he has been missing for so long. Your caravan project is going to be really nice.

Allie u def deserve to be in television girl!! Ur intro, narratives, and editing is amazing..its like a real series...I live!!
  • @Okie-BME
Enjoying the videos, if the corner is sticking out on the table just cut it off, its custom and don not have to have the table be a rectangle. Also if you want to save space when traveling, but have more solar when stopped, mount a panel on a slide underneath another panel.
  • That table would look fantastic if you round of the corners with a router. It would prevent accidental bruises and would give you more room when sitting in the corner of the bench. Just a thought! Fantastic video, loved it!
  • Suggestion to prevent running into the table corners... Chop off about 6" from the outside, mount it to a piano hinge or other type of hinge, and allow the outer 6" to be able to fold under the main table when not in use.

The mini-couch gives a lovely, homey feel. Perfect for morning coffee. And also good to see Frank re-incorperated into your family.
  • @hanepi
Trent just thought I’d say that your grandparents are the cutest and every time they are in your vlogs they make me cry with happiness!! They are treasures!! X

Top tip for the table: where the poles go into the floor brackets and the brackets under the table...wrap duck tape around the poles at the point where they touch the brackets and this should reduce the space / gap / tolerances. This should keep the poles snug in the holes and thus reduce the wobbling

You could prevent the sharp end tables of the table by rounding them off. I foresee a lot of bruises if you don't do something. It looks great though.
  • Love the table! Take a router and round the edges! I see major hip scrapes coming! Y’all are such happy folks! Makes my day to see y’all! My daughter loves watching y’all! She’s struggling single mother and now she’s thinking of doing this for her and my grandson! Thank ya and keep them videos coming!

Hi Trent & Allie. Love your channel and your energy. Love the RV renovation. My husband and I purchased a new RV last year; the table leg bracket came apart. I came up with an idea to make legs similar to your table design. We went to HD, purchased 4” PVC pipe and 4 toilet flanges with 4” diameter. My husband glued and screwed a rectangular piece of 3/4” plywood to the underside of the laminated particle board table to give it strength. Next he screwed 2 flanges on the table underside and 2 flanges onto a rectangular piece of plywood smaller than the tabletop...this is the base . Next, he cut 2 identical lengths of PVC pipe to a comfortable table height. We assembled the table by placing the PVC legs in the flanges of the plywood base and the table top. No glue necessary. Perfect stable table which can be moved anywhere,if necessary , and disassembled for travel. We love it. When you RV, it helps to have the knowledge to make repairs. You have gone so much farther with your creativity!

It is so refreshing to see such a talented young couple working together so well. Your garden. The animals. Your work ethic. Great coffee. The relationships you cherish. Well done! ❤️
  • THE TABLE: idea! Split top into two tables & mount on swing away lagunas that can meet up & latch to make full table.
  • Allie your editing skills are next to none and my hat is off to you for the hours you dedicate to give us You Tube addicts

And the camper looks great so pretty inside. Just a suggestion about the sharp corners on the outside of the table if you cut them at a angle then you won’t get so many bruises when you run into it just saying. It is really pretty though I love it.😀
