A guard doing anything else but observing and patrolling is a waste of money.

The bank guard was fairly decent, except he wanted to 'investigate' but then wouldn't listen. The guards job is to observe, investigate within your boundaries, and report what you observe, and wait for orders...period...I know having been one :)

3:22 how can you say that when the postal employee just told you that "you're not supposed to be over here" and then said "well, bye bye then" as you ran right back out of the lobby? No reaction in poorer neighborhoods??? Sure when you run off scared like you did they'll leave you alone because they know that they can trample your rights.
