Well, if you use Firefox, you can go to their web site and download a plug-in that will let you download and simultaneously convert any YT video to .wmv. Then, you just upload the converted video to your own channel. I am sure other browsers must have similar applications but I don't know what they are.

You Tube can be a great outlet for many people wanting to share their view point. But for many You Tube is a source of entertainment only, and to take a strong stance to anything is something they aren't here to do. The current rating system that is used at You Tube is definitely flawed, but it has been flawed for as long as I have visited this site. I think that it could be improved, but that would require the efforts of You Tube themselves, and, based on record, I don't think they want to.
