Meeting Vic Mignogna

Today, I had the unique honor of meeting voice actor Vic Mignogna (aka Edward Elric, Broly, and several other characters, including most recently, Captain Kirk in Star Trek Continues). He was at Roc Con at the Armory in Rochester, NY for the weekend. I was dressed as Green Arrow (Smallville version) and he even complimented my suit! He was nice enough to sign a fez for me, which I intend to send as a gift to someone I promised a while ago. It was a great day, and people kept stopping me to take pictures, so that was fun. Met plenty of interesting artists and actors, including Colleen Clinkenbeard (One Piece, DBZ Kai) and Chris Doohan (Star Trek reboot films, Star Trek Continues). I still can't believe the awesome day I had, and hope it happens again at Tora-Con 2014!

    Yeah, he's really awesome! Super friendly, and willing to answer questions if you have any. Check out his current project: Star Trek Continues. It's so nostalgic and the work they put into it is incredible!
