i'm jealous of everyone who gets to listen to this for the first time....i wish i could go back and have that moment again :(
  • I get nostalgic when I remember my mom singing this to me as a child to help me fall asleep. She was such a lovely woman.

The pain remains part 1-3 is simply a masterpiece

The lead singer, Will Ramos, is a super nice and funny dude. He's also becoming a pretty big YouTuber in his own right and he's started doing reaction videos too! He's a regular guest on The Charismatic Voice. Doing interviews, reactions, and he even did a special where he got a camera put down his throat and Elizabeth studied what he's doing from a technique stand point. Also check out some of his covers and vocal one takes on his channel too!
  • This final breakdown is definitly in the metal hall of fame. Legendary and immortal. 😎🔥

Dude, Will Ramos is a golden retriever in interviews. He’s so goofy and nice. The whole band is insanely talented. Thank you for giving them a shot!! They are not for the faint of heart. 🙂

I fall asleep to this shit almost every night. Every other night is David Attenborough documentaries.
  • @Godless1369
I sincerely thank you, good sir! Bringing this kind of music which is misunderstood and massively underappreciated, to the light of a new audience is a great undertaking on your part!

Haha fun reaction man! Often when people dip their toes into extreme metal they keep asking "how do you understand the lyrics" but I've been a metal head for many years and if I'm honest I've never understood most of the lyrics of a band like Lorna Shore. Unlike other styles, the lyrics of metal (while often potent and carefully written) are not at all the focal point. Instead, focus on the many layers of the music, the way the guitars interweave, the different textures and moments in each part of the song. Metal is, at it's heart, a projection of power. The key for me was to learn to embrace and appreciate the millions of little elements intertwining to create this overwhelming tapestry of sonic intensity. Metal is exceptionally musically complex but is often misinterpreted as "noise" because it is such an assault to the senses. Based on your reaction, you may be just a few songs away from becoming a metalhead yourself 😋

I loved your reaction! I really appreciate, even though its not your favorite musicgenre you still appreciate the talent behind it. Few weeks ago i've seen them live. I was still on a cloud from Epica's performance right before them, then got my face screamed off by Will Ramos ( this lead singer) and i loved every second of it! It was an amazing experience.
  • @CradleOfDeath666
Do the Pain Remains Trilogy and it will show you even more how talented they are! and for that video do lyrics with it so you get the full feel.

Peoples reaction to the snarl at the end ugh such a chefs kiss. It makes me wish I could hear it for the first time all over again. Just like anything you can develop an ear for the vocals and understand them clearly. Its like mumble rap
  • @hellraiser7118
The crazy thing is the lyrics are really good, poetic, he has so many good songs and if you pull the lyrics up and follow and listen you start to hear every word, if you do anymore i would suggest doing the trilogy, or if you really want to be mind blown pull up his sleep token cover
  • @ChainedPhantom
Austin Archey, the drummer, is a freaking maniac, dude. I don't know how the man has the energy to pound those drums the way that he does for 6-7 minutes non stop.
  • @SuperNerdbomber
My favorite thing about people reacting to this song is people thinking Will must be super angry/edgy. He's such a soft puppy of a guy and his best internet friend is an opera singer with big mom energy.
  • @DannyPhilipsen
I went to a Lorna Shore show earlier this month, and it was one of the loudest shows I have ever been to. It was absolutely fantastic! If you really want to see just how insanely talented Will, the vocalist is, he has his own YouTube channel where he posts one-take performances of Lorna Shore songs
  • @brandenneal9006
